By the end of the episode, you'll know how to turn spiritual goals into weekly rhythms that help you trust God, grow steadily, and lead your family intentionally.

Each episode helps you know God deeply, teach your tween faithfully and build a home that feels strong, steady, and Christ-centered even in the middle school years. If you are ready to stop guessing, start leading with confidence and grow a faith, your family can actually live out.
You are in the right place. Welcome to the Faith Mom. Mentor. For years, I had beautiful goals in my mind. Grow spiritually, be a more intentional wife, lead my children, well balance work and home faithfully. But if I'm honest, my weeks didn't always reflect these goals. Life moved fast. I was juggling being a wife, a mother, a professional, and trying to stay spiritually grounded in the middle of it all.
And sometimes it felt like I was re. Acting to the day instead of living with the kind of intention I desired. Maybe you felt that tension too. You love God. You want your home to reflect deep trust in him, steady growth and renewed hope. But the question becomes how do you actually live that out? Every week because spiritual desire without a clear rhythm can leave us feeling scattered.
For the last five years, one of the tools that has helped me most is a dream planner from Horatio Printing. It is not just a Christian planner. For me, it has become a way to saturate my days in biblical wisdom and intentionally reflect on the areas of life God has entrusted to me. The quarterly planning pages help me step back and ask, where does God want growth in this?
Next season as a wife, a mother, and my responsibilities outside the home instead of overwhelming goals. It helps me create manageable rhythms. I can revisit week by week, keeping my intention in front of me. And if you'd like to explore the planner for yourself, I placed a link for the Dream Planner in the show notes along with a discount code.
You can use three reasons. The system works. Let me share one of them with you. The first one is deep. Trust in God. The Bible says in Proverbs three, five and six, trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding and all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your path.
Trust isn't just something we believe. Trust becomes something we practice and how. Order our lives. One thing I appreciate about the Dream Planner is that scripture appears throughout the pages, almost every section, every page places God's word in front of you. So instead of planning only around what you think is best, your attention keeps returning to God's wisdom and direction, and that simple shift begins to cultivate deep trust.
The second reason this system. Works is steady growth. So Colossians two, six and seven says, ye therefore receive Christ Jesus. So walk you in him rooted and build up in him. Growth in the Christian life usually doesn't happen through dramatic moments. It happens through small, faithful steps repeated over time, and this planner encourages that through a 90 day rhythm instead of trying to overhaul your whole life.
You look at the next season, your faith, your family, your responsibilities, your personal growth. Then you choose one manageable step that helps move you forward. For example, you might decide to read a parenting book on over the next three months. The planner helps you turn that goal into something simple like reading a few pages each week.
Now the goal becomes a system, and over time those small. Steps lead to steady growth. The third reason this system is helpful is renewed hope. Romans 1513 reminds us that God is the God of hope because sometimes our best plans don't unfold the way we expected. We miss a goal. We fall behind life interrupts.
To schedule, but the planner constantly reminds you that your hope is not imperfect. Planning. Your hope is in the Lord who leads you forward. Each new week becomes an opportunity to begin again. Your goals stay manageable. Your system stays simple, and your hope stays rooted in God's faithfulness, not your perfection.
And again, if you'd like to explore the dream of. Planner. You can find the link and the discount code in the show notes of this episode, bringing it all together when these three. Things come together. Deep trust, steady growth, renewed hope. Something powerful happens instead of trying to change everything at once.
You begin building faithful rhythms across your life, your family, your faith, your responsibilities, and those rhythms help you walk with God one week at a time. And if this idea resonates with you, I want to recommend another episode in this series. It's episode 13. Freeing your family from the performance trap.
In that episode, we talk about how to help your children understand that their value doesn't come from performance, but from their relationship with God is a powerful conversation that connects beautifully with what we're talking about today. Before you go, remember this, you are doing sacred work as you nurture faith in your home and it matters more than you realize.
