?Hi, faith mom, let me talk to you for a moment, just plainly, you're doing the work. You are showing up, and your child is cared for, loved and nurtured, and you're not neglecting your role as a mom. And this conversation is not here to tell you that you're failing. It's here to help you see the truth. The more deeply you know God, the more firmly your child is formed. Not by pressure, not by perfection, but by what they live inside every day. Proverbs teaches us that wisdom doesn't just help us make decisions. It builds lives and wisdom begins with knowing the Lord.

When you know God deeply, your child lives in a home that is stable. Proverbs 24, 3 and four say, through wisdom, a house is filled, and by knowledge the chambers are filled. You've built routines. You've built consistency, you've built care. Scripture says, A home is truly built by wisdom, and wisdom is not parroting knowledge.

Wisdom is knowing God and trusting him. When you know God personally, your reactions slow down. Your heart stays steadier your words. Carry weight. Your child may not understand theology yet, but they understand atmosphere. They learn stability by living with a mother who is anchored. That is one of the greatest gifts you can give.

Now let's look at reason number two. When you know God deeply, your child learns where life comes from. Proverbs nine verses one through five basically says, wisdom is furnisher table. Come eat. Every child is hungry, not just for food, but for meaning, for security and direction.

When you know God deeply, you don't just tell your child what matters. You show them where you go to be filled. They watch you return to scripture. They see you pray. When you don't have answers, they notice that God is not a last resort, but a daily source. That teaches them this is where life is found, and that lesson will guide them long after childhood.

Reason number three, when you know God deeply, your child learns how to walk. With God. Proverbs 1320. He that walks with a wise man shall be wise. Children learn by walking with us. When your child sees that your strongest relationship is with the Lord, they learn that God is not distant or abstract. They learn that God listens.

God guides and God matters. Not because you explain it perfectly, but because you live it faithfully. A child who sees a mother walking with God, learns that walking with God is possible.

And, and let me say this simply, God did not design you to grow alone. Proverbs reminds us that wisdom grows through counsel. And shared walking. When you know God deeply, your child learns what is truly valuable. Proverbs eight verses 10 and 11. Wisdom is better than rubies. Oh, we love some jewels, don't we? Your child is learning what matters. By watching what shapes you. When you learn, when you know God deeply, your worth is not tied to success.

Your peace is not tied to performance. Your strength is not self-made. Your child sees. That value comes from belonging to God, not proving yourself. That gives them something solid to stand on in a world that measures everything. And the last reason. When you know God deeply, your child learns where strength comes from.

Proverbs three, five and six. Trust in the Lord. Lean not unto your own understanding. Mom, you carry a lot. But when your trust rests in the Lord, not yourself, your child learns how to live without fear. They see how to trust God with every decision. How you rest when answers aren't clear, and how you stay steady in uncertain moments that teaches them how to trust God for themselves.

Let me leave you with this truth, plain and clear. God wants you to know him deeply, not because he needs you. But because he laid down his life for you, Jesus Christ gave himself so you could live forgiven, secure, strengthened, rich in grace, and as you grow in that richness, you child benefits. Every single day.

You are already faithful. Now God is inviting you into fullness, not striving. Not pressure, but life and peace, and that is an inheritance we're stepping into today.
